4. Sea Salts Beverage Company

Sea Salts Beverage Company is one of the most popular Hilton Head nightlife spots. It’s conveniently located at Marriott’s SurfWatch, and there’s plenty of public parking available. 

Plus, it’s has superb views as it’s just a stone’s throw away from the beach! This bar offers a wide variety of drinks and delicious dishes, from prawns to chicken tenders, and there’s always something to please everyone. We love the live music and the friendly staff, and the prices are very affordable.

5. The Other Sister’s Wine Bar

The Other Sister’s Wine Bar is the perfect place to wind down. With an expansive wine list that includes both local and international varietals, you’re sure to find a wine that suits your palate.

7. Coco’s On The Beach

Coco’s On The Beach is a great place to enjoy some fantastic food and drinks. Situated right on Singleton Beach, it’s the perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning ocean views. There’s even the opportunity to play beach volleyball!

The shrimp, burgers, and baloney sandwiches are all excellent choices, and the cocktails are made with mixes but are still very tasty.

9. Porter & Pig

At Porter & Pig, you can enjoy a delicious meal in a charming and relaxed atmosphere. The menu features items such as Wagyu Wonder Beef Burgers with house-made Bourbon Bacon Jam, Prized Pig Cubans with Mexican Street Corn, and Charcuterie presentations of gourmet meats and luxurious cheeses.

1. Poseidon Rooftop Bar

Poseidon Rooftop Bar is a great place to go if you’re looking for a fun waterfront clubbing experience. They have an extensive list of beer, wine, and cocktails and are one of the most popular destinations in Hilton Head for those looking to dance the night away either to the resident DJ or while enjoying live musical performances. 

You can find a variety of genres on offer, but no matter what’s playing or who’s behind the decks, you’ll have access to a great time at the full bar. Poseidon is open every day from 4 p.m., and each night has something different to offer. For example, on Sunday nights, they have Local Spin Night where local DJs spin their mixes.

Ruby Lee’s is a popular soul food and entertainment hot spot on Hilton Head Island. They offer what patrons of this town have come to love and expect, including delicious Southern cooking, jazz music and a cigar bar!

4. Big Bamboo Cafe

The Big Bamboo Cafe is the perfect place to feel like you’re escaping to the South Pacific, but on Hilton Head! This local restaurant and live music venue features Carolina seafood, sensational salads, build-your-own burgers and grillers, exotic margaritas, and a large selection of craft beers from around the Carolinas.

You can check out their Reggae nights on Wednesdays, and they even have an Open Mic Night on Thursdays!

Satisfy Your Cravings: Places to Grab Late Night Food in Hilton Head

There are very few places on Hilton Head Island where you can get late-night food. Everything closes at 10 or 11, which is the time most people start getting hungry again. Fortunately, there are a few places to grab food after hours!

Here are a few places to try out when you’re in Hilton Head and looking for a bite to eat after dancing the night away.

1. Hinchey’s Chicago Bar & Grill

If you’re in the mood for some delicious food after a night out, check out Hinchey’s Chicago Bar & Grill. They have an all-American menu, a comfortable atmosphere, and 25 satellite TVs. You can also enjoy free wifi while you’re there. They’re open till 2 AM every day, so you can get in a full meal after your night of fun.

The all-American menu has something for everyone, but the grouper sandwich is a house specialty!

They have daily lunch, early bird, and dinner specials, as well as a late-night menu. And if that’s not enough, they also have one of the best happy hours on Hilton Head. Local musicians entertain after dark, so it’s the perfect spot to wind down after a long night.

2. Street Meet – The American Tavern

If you’re looking for a home-away-from-home style experience, then this is it. As a small business owned and operated by proud patriots, they feel there’s nothing more American than their vision.  This is evidenced by their menu which includes delicious American staples like half-pound burgers, meatloaf sandwiches, and flatbread pizzas.

On their shelves, they have a nice selection of American whiskey and Bourbon, yet craft beers are at the forefront of the beer they serve. They also offer American-made apparel and memorabilia.
