Which is why breakfast in Cocoa Beach is always on our list of must-dos when in the region.

No matter what your plans are when visiting, Cocoa Beach has a variety of eateries that are worth dropping into for breakfast or brunch.

As we know this place well we wanted to share with you our own list of the very best places for brunch and breakfast in Cocoa Beach. Enjoy!

1. Juice and Java Café

What’s a better way to start your day than with good coffee, homemade food, and fun? Well Juice and Java Café offers exactly that!

This popular Cocoa Beach breakfast and brunch spot is open 7 days a week from 7.00 am to 2.00 pm and provides a delicious range of burritos, salads, paninis and wraps with a homemade touch ready for both takeaway or dining-in.

If you want to start your laid-back Sunday or boost your Monday mood, we recommend trying the Smokehouse Bagel, any of their traditional macchiatos, or the Buzzed Honey Bear Smoothie.

They sell a range of boutique items, bagged coffee and charming gift cards too, and the profits go towards ending human trafficking. So if great food and good deeds is your go-to, then this is the place for you.

Our Tip: You can get your wraps customized on suggestion.

2. Beachside Grill and Deli

This small delicatessen hidden away in Cocoa Beach is impossible to stop going to once you’ve found it. With a few tables inside and two picnic bench tables outside, this local spot is low-key but it not only has some of the most affordable breakfast and brunch options, the food is some of the best in the region too.

There’s a wide range of options including breakfast sandwiches, bagels, muffins, and wraps. In particular the bagels, and the ham and cheese on rye, are both great choices

One of the things we admire about this deli is that if you are planning on visiting the beach, the warm and friendly staff generously provide takeout boxes so you can grab your food and go. This is definitely one of our favorite Cocoa Beach breakfast spots, plus kids are sometimes even given ice cream on the house!

Our Tip: They have special offerings each day. Ask and see what’s available!

3. Acai Express

In case the name doesn’t give it away, Acai Express is a juice and smoothie bar that offers a range of superfood bowls, some of which have 100% organic Grade-A Acai Berry in them. So if you’re looking for much healthier, lighter, and fresher breakfast option, consider visiting this local eatery and tingle your taste buds with their locally famous Acai Bowls and Pitaya Bowls.

Their refreshing natural juices and smoothies are fantastic too, and don’t forget to try the tasty Artisan Toast!

The trendy white seating, the light buzz of friendly customers and the fresh aroma of blended berries are all reasons why breakfast here is a great way to kick-start your day. It’s located close to the beach so you can easily grab your Acai Bowl and enjoy it under the hot sun, or simply dine in after an early morning beach workout.

Our Tip: The small size bowls come in a larger portion, and may be worth ordering if you have a busy morning ahead.

With a lengthy breakfast menu including bagels, toasts, and real fruit smoothies this is a must-visit Cocoa Beach breakfast spot. But what we highly recommend is the Iced latte (with almond milk) and Avo toast with coconut and bacon.

What is remarkable about this café is the range of vegan options included in the menu, which makes it one of the best breakfast in Cocoa Beach options if you have specific dietary requirements.

They have a surf shop too which has surfing gear, t-shirts, and hats. Want to hit the beach after breakfast? Shop at café Surfinista, grab your bagel, and get your surf-on!

Our Tip: Play some ping-pong at the table out back while your order is underway!
